Library rules and regulations

1. Students in general course may borrow three books at a time.
2. Teachers can take eight books at a time.
3. Guest lecturer can take four books at a time.
4. Non-teaching staff can take four books at a time.
5. If necessary for more books, a special permission should be taken from the Principal.
6. Books must be renewed within 14 days from the date of issue.
7. A fine of 50 p. for each day of default.
8. In case of loss library card , must informed to the librarian.
9. If lost duplicate card may be issued against a formal application and a fine of Rs. 5/-.
10. In case of mutilation, if any, should immediately be brought to the notice of the librarian otherwise will be responsible for the books.
11. Requisition slip should be deposited in time.
12. Should keep silence in the library premises.
13. The students should switch off their mobile phone in the library.
14. Students should refund their library books of the time of form fill up of the schedule of the university examination.
